Our Story
At Oy's Thai Cuisine, we believe that Thai food should be delicious, healthy, and affordable. That's why Oy and Bryan Hunsaker started the restaurant in 2017, with the goal of providing the community with authentic Thai cuisine made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Whether you're in the mood for a classic Pad Thai or something more adventurous, we have something for everyone!
Our Chef
Our head chef, Oscar, has over 20 years of experience in cooking Thai cuisine. He learned from the hand of the original owner Oy Hunsaker, who learned her craft from her mother and grandmother. Oscar is passionate about using traditional Thai ingredients and techniques to create dishes that are both authentic and delicious. Come taste the fruits of his labor!

At Oy's Thai Cuisine, we believe that the quality of our food starts with the quality of our ingredients. That's why we source our produce, meat, and seafood from local farms and suppliers whenever possible. We also use traditional Thai herbs and spices to give our dishes their signature flavor.
